    Blue Host has gone Horribly down hill

    Was with Blue Host for years - In the last year they have completely tanked. Their email system is utterly unreliable - every couple of days their servers cannot send/receive emails. When you call for help, they politely say - sorry. When you ask if it will be solved or what you can do: they have no idea. God help you if you go on vacation and wish to have an auto reply on. If you get one piece of spam in your inbox that your auto reply (naturally) replies to, Blue Host marks YOU as spam and you are blocked from sending emails for a week. Very Dissappointing and Im not sure why they are still being ranked highly

    failed to load web site correctly lost pictures and with a real estate site that was a killer. e-mails are terrible. Not much if any help from company. Will be moving my site today.

    Horrible!

    Unreliable. Failed to notify me that my site was down for days, lost time and money. Called twice, only to speak to incompetent staff without providing a resolution, or an estimated time of repair. I'm extremely disappointed. No supervisor call back, they simply do not care.

    I've been a Bluehost Customer for 4 years and have been impressed with the reliability since day 1. I really like how I can host unlimited domains on a single account. My only complaint with them was on one occasion they changed my php.ini settings and didn't notify me so one of my apps stopped working, but when I let them know I was upset they agreed to provide advanced notice of any future changes they needed to make so I could prepare.
